Location: Ovary.  
   
Gross findings:

Tumor size 12 x 15 cm. ill demarcated.

Cut section soft and ivory-white.
   
Microscopic findings: Biopsy shows the tumor cells are malignant. The malignant glandular cells are large, irregular in size and shape with hyper chromatic nuclei and increased nucleo-cytoplasmic ratio. There are many mitoses and irregular nuclei.
