Gross findings:

In the transverse colon, a tumor, fungus in shape, measures 6 x 7 cm diameter

Cut section soft and white.
   
Microscopic findings: Biopsy shows malignant lymph cells. Nuclei are irregular with large nucleoli. The malignant cells have invaded the lymph nodes in the abdominal cavity. Three positive lymph nodes.
