Gross findings:

Several nodes, 2.8 cm. diameter

Cut section soft, mixed surface and pink.
   
Microscopic findings:

Small noncleaved cell with starry sky pattern. Malignant lymphoma.
Poorly differentiated, Burkitt type lymphoma.
