Gross findings:

Tumor is 10 x 15 cm, ill demarcated.

Cut section is soft and ivory-white in color.
   
Microscopic findings: Tissue sections show proliferation of irregular malignant cells with clear cytoplasm with vacuoles. Nuclei have irregular nuclear membranes, cytoplasm is granular or vacuolated with large nucleoli. Liver cells arranged in trabecular pattern with anisocytoses, increased nucleo-cytoplasm ratio, hypochromasia, many mitoses.
