Location:              Left kidney.  
   
Gross Findings: Kidney tumor, 10 x 11 cm. Smooth walls, hemorrhagic around the lesion and whitish in color.
   
Microscopic findings: Cells are irregular, the malignant cells have clear cytoplasm with vacuoles. Nuclei have irregular nuclear membranes, cytoplasm is granular, vacuolated with large nucleoli. Many monstrous nuclei.
