The epithelial cells are cuboidal or columnar with round, uniform nuclei and abundant cytoplasm. Some glands are enlarged.The stroma is infiltrated by large numbers of lymphocytes, plasma cells, eosinophils, and neutophils. Blood vessels are congestive. | |||||||||||||||||||
