Gross findings: | Tumor size 6 x 6 x 4 cm with ulcerative surface. Cut surface is soft, white. Paracolic lymph nodes: 6. |

Microscopic findings: | Tissue sections show some glandular cells. The neoplastic cells have coarse, irregular nuclei and abundant cytoplasm containing mucin. Some tumor cells are degenerative. Mitotic figures are not evident. The tumor cells were floated in the big mucine and invaded the muscularis propria and subserosa. Lymph nodes show metastasis (4/6). |
