Gross Findings:

Tumor size 4 cm, ill demarcated.

Cut section firm and white.

Ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes examined:      8
   
Microscopic findings: The tumor is composed of proliferation of malignant epithelial cells. The epithelial cells grown in the enlarged ducts contained comedo-necroses. The tumor cells have irregular, basophilic nuclei and abundant cytoplasm. Nuclear chromatin is coarse with prominent nuclei. Mitotic figures are abundant. Some areas show microinvasions.  The stroma is infiltrated by numerous inflammatory cells. The lymph nodes show metastasis.
