ZeptoBlock-P™ Protein Microarray and Western Blot Blocking Buffer
This blocking buffer is specially formulated and optimized PBS buffer-based solution containing casein, fish gelatin and BSA at reduced concentrations for use with our protein microarrays. For antibodies against phosphoproteins, ZeptoBlock-T™ is recommended.
ZeptoBlock-T™ Protein Microarray and Western Blot Blocking Buffer
This blocking buffer is specially formulated and optimized Tris-based solution containing casein, fish gelatin and BSA at reduced concentrations and optimized for maximal results with our protein microarrays. ZeptoBlock-T™ is recommended for use with all antibodies, including those against phosphoproteins.
ZeptoGel™ 5X Gel Loading Buffer
This gel loading buffer is specially formulated protein sample buffer for 1DGE containing tris[2-carboxyethyl] phosphine (TCEP) to reduce protein disulfide bonds. More stable and more effective over a wider pH range than either DTT or beta-ME, TCEP is odorless and eliminates the need to use other protein disulfide bond reducing agents.
